Hairdreams Nano Bond Extensions
Hairdreams Nano extensions are the gold standard for hair that looks, feels and moves like your own. Each bond is applied using the Nano Laserbeamer, five bonds at a time, so a full head is complete in around an hour. The process gently heats and cools around the hair, more like hugging the hair than clamping it, which keeps it kind to your natural strands. Made from 100% real hair, Nano extensions are virtually undetectable and can be styled, coloured and washed exactly as you would your own hair. Once applied, they stay in with continuous wear for 6 to 12 months, no repeat salon visits just to move them up.
Leticia, our internationally recognised colour specialist and Hairdreams Nano specialist, works closely with every guest to match colour, texture and density before a single bond goes in, so the result blends seamlessly from root to tip.
Weft Extensions
Weft extensions are sewn or beaded into your natural hair using specialist tools and are a lovely option for adding length and volume across any hair type. Bec, our blonde and weft extensions specialist, fits and colour-matches every set individually. They typically need readjusting every two to three months, with the wefts themselves lasting around two years with good care.
Tape Hair Extensions
Tape extensions use pre-taped, 100% human hair sections applied with a gentle adhesive. They sit flat against the scalp, blend beautifully and suit thin or fragile hair particularly well. Tape extensions need readjusting every three to six weeks, and we will guide you through the right aftercare products to protect your investment.
Caring for Your Extensions
However you choose to wear them, extensions are only as good as the care behind them. We recommend Kérastase Fusio Dose and Fusio Scrub treatments alongside your maintenance appointments to keep both your extensions and the natural hair underneath in the best possible condition.

Are hair extensions bad for your hair?
When they are professionally fitted and properly cared for, extensions should not damage your natural hair. Problems tend to come from extensions that are too tight, poor aftercare, or wearing them continuously without a break. That is why we always start with a consultation, so we can recommend the method and maintenance schedule that suits your hair type and lifestyle.
Are hair extensions permanent?
No method of hair extension is permanent, and each comes with its own maintenance rhythm.Tape extensions every three to six weeks, and wefts every two to three months. We will walk you through what ongoing care looks like before you commit to a method.
Are hair extensions made with real hair?
All of the extension methods we offer at L.A Hair Designs use 100% real human hair, colour matched to your natural shade for a seamless blend. We do not use synthetic fibre extensions, which is part of why our results hold up so well under heat styling and everyday wear.
How long do Hairdreams Nano extensions last?
Once applied, Hairdreams Nano extensions stay in with continuous wear for around 6 to 12 months, growing down naturally with your own hair rather than needing constant repositioning.
